ISDN Crypto Router problem

Hi to all,
I am in posession of this small router device that has 1 ethernet and 1 ISDN plug. By sticking this device onto my network it can perform various services such as NAT, dialout(ISDN) and some routing. It is configurable by telnetting to it by IP. The problem is that it is an old piece of equipment, and I don't have the manual, I have some not very useful information (the only information I found with google). I don't know it's IP address, and I can't seem to think of a way to figure it out.

Any ideas? Will such a device do anything useful with Linux?

Thanks, David.
