That depends on your definition of "wrong." Certainly, I'd say that MS has
the legal right to set up their site anyway they like. But the question of
what's right, in the sense of what's allowable, is different from the
question of what's right, in the sense of either what's proper or what's
wise. Just because someone CAN do something does not mean that they SHOULD.
