Search back through the debian-user archives for a post from me on 18
October with the subject line "UNSTABLE USERS: dpkg, doc-linux-html, and
MD5sum fields".

There are several alternatives. 'dselect update' is the easiest.
There'll be a dpkg upload this week to fix it properly.
