Chances are that the one upgraded package (not shown above) wanted
bonobo. 'upgrade' won't install new packages either.

If you always want to see what packages apt-get is upgrading, put this
line in /etc/apt/apt.conf:

  APT::Get::Show-Upgraded "yes";
