You don't need a separate .cf file, just a working mailer definition.

	 dpatch.002 cf/mailer/cyrus.m4 Support cyrus-deliver MDA

 *) add this to the bottom of sendmail.mc
	MAILER(cyrus)dnl
 *) `sendmailconfig` or `make`
 *) `/etc/init.d/sendmail reload`

The patch was contributed by a Debian Developer, so I'm fairly confident
that it'll work for you - if not, email me (and/or open a bug report).
