List troll bot (was Re: Chapter one *Securing and optimizing Linix*)

I've blacklisted this user on my own systems.  It appears to be a
list-bot, generated text from simple rules and spamming it to this list.
Is there any sort of appeal process to the list administrator(s) to get
users dropped?
