You *can* still use lilo.  It's fairly standard.  Alternatives include
LOADLIN.EXE (if you boot DOS), syslinux, and grub.

Remove the Legacy MS Windows boot stanza.  Do whatever to the Legacy MS
Windows partition on your system -- you can remove it or leave it if you
care to dual-boot or run an emulator such as VMWare.  Depends on your
goals.

Strongly suggest reading the appropriate dual/multi boot HOWTOs.
