OT: Help with ISOs and mirror

Hello all
I currently have a set of 6 CDs i386 (3 Binary/3 Source) for debian 2.2. I
need to be able to do 2 things with them..

1. Burn an ISO image from each. I've attempted this using Adaptec Easy CD
Creator which was shipped with my HP9300i burner. The problem here is
that when I try to create an ISO image of Disk 1 which is roughly 630mgs
the ISO image created is over 730mgs. Can anyone explain what I'm doing
wrong here? Is there a better (sorry) Windows app which will do this
properly?

2. We need to have a complete mirror on a hard drive on our internal
network. This does NOT have to be up-to-date but it does have to be Debian
2.2. Can a proper mirror be setup using the CDs or do I need to use rsync
or mirror to do this? I ask as we only have a 128k connection and I really
dont wish to download the whole thing. This is for the i386 architecture
only. If the harddrive is mounted as /mnt/debian22 can I simply mount each
CD as /cdrom (1 at a time) and
		( cp -a /cdrom/* /mnt/debian22/ )

I appreciate any comments on this.

Thanks
