In your XF86Config file, swap the 75dpi and 100dpi lines so that 75dpi comes first.

FontPath   "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi/:unscaled"
FontPath   "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi/:unscaled"
