Error when apt-getting libc6

I have been getting the following error:

/etc/init.d/devpts.sh: line 63: syntax error: unexpected end of file
dpkg: error processing libc6 (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
 libc6
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

The repositories I'm trying to pull from are:

deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian frozen main contrib non-free
deb http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US stable non-US

The system is an AMD K6 233 with 64 meg of ram and 10.1 gig free of 13.5 gig. Kernel 2.2.14.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanx.
