I would recommend to buy a CD-ROM. But for a ftp-install, take a look
at http://www.debian.org (the main debian-webserver) for a mirror near you 
(http://www.debian.org/ftplist.html) and download the bootdisks. 

For X-Windows you also need the packages xbase, an xserver and some other 
stuff, but if you have installed the base systemm just fire up the package 
tool"dselect". It will tell you what's needed.
