Video theora

Me baje un video de una charla de la conferencia de KDE akademy de

http://ktown.kde.org/akademy/

Que esta en formato ogg, con video theora, con mplayer oigo el sonido y ya 
esta, con xine al menos me dice esto:

You are trying to decode an theorastream. At the moment, theora is in
development. If the stream could not be played back go to
http://xine.sourceforge.net and get the latest release of xine.

Tengo la ultima, que es la de debian, libxine 1-rc5. totem-gstramer me hace 
segfault, y por la pagina de mplayer no he encontrado nada sobre theora.

¿Alguna idea?
