Bug de APT ? ..

hola listeros,

les cuento, hace algunos dias buscando paquetes por apt-cache search
encontre uno que se llama gnome-apt ("que es un gestor de paquetes graphico de apt")

lo instale y todo funcino bien. el error comenso cuando lo des-instale

y comenzo a salir el siguiente error

eh probado de todo.. clean , -f , --fix-missing, -purge, check, --reinstall apt / dpkg , update, upgrade, dist-upgrade

etc, todo lo que encontre en el man de apt-get y nada =/ !..

lo peor es ke tampoko logro usar el dpkg-reconfigure
ya que aparece el mismo error y no me permite instalar /desintalar/upgradear NADA !..

mi debian es un Debian SID 3.0 r1

si alguien me pudiera orientar en que hacer ?.
