Efectivamente, yo lo solucione instalando perl. Cuando hay que buscar un
archivo lo mejor es bajarse el archivo Contents.gz y buscarlo alli.
Si usas potato en una 386 deberas bajarte este:
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/potato/Contents-i386.gz
