Apple Lossless nach mp3 konvertieren

Hallo,

wie wandelt Ihr Apple Lossless files in mp3 um?

Mittels  mplayer foo.m4a -ao "pcm:file=foo.wav";
         lame -h -b192 foo.wav foo.mp3

geht das zwar, aber dabei gehen logischerweise die ID3 Tags verloren.
faad mag die Files nicht:

:1> faad -i foo.m4a

Unable to find correct AAC sound track in the MP4 file.


Irgendwie ist das noch nicht der Weisheit letzter Schluss fur mich.
