Bug in Backports
Hallo,
musste nun auch mal einen backport einsetzen und da hat mich doch glatt
ein "Bug" erwischt. :-)
Es geht dabei um den backport von lighttpd, bei diesem fehlt der
support für das authentication backend htpasswd. In der aktuellen
version in unstable ist der support vorhanden.
Meine Frage ist nun, wem schreibt man am besten? Normalen Bug im BTS
eröffnen oder nur dem backporter ne Mail schreiben?

while using auth.conf to authenticate users through the auth backend
using htpasswd results in the following error message:
HTTP 400 - Bad Request
The error.log states the following:
(http_auth.c.799) digest: unsupported backend (only htdigest or plain)
which suggests that in this lighttpd version the auth.backend for
htpasswd is missing:
auth.backend = "htpasswd"
