Mir fallen dazu gleich zwei Möglichkeiten ein:
lm-sensors und (x)mbmon :
(apt-cache show) lm_sensors:
Description: Utilities to read temperature/voltage/fan sensors
Lm-sensors is a hardware health monitoring package for Linux. It allows
you to access information from temperature, voltage, and fan speed
sensors. It works with most newer systems.
xmbmon: ist erst ab testing dabei (evtl. selber backporten):
Description: Hardware monitoring without kernel dependencies (text client)
(x)mbmon allows you to monitor hardware status using your motherboard's
sensors. This information can be: temperatures, voltages and/or fan speeds.
