Weil ein dpkg-buildpackage als erstes ein 'clean' macht, was
das ./configure müllt und danach ./configure selber ausführt.
Entweder Du gibst die Compiler Options/Flags in der "Makefile",
in der "debian/rules" oder "debian/rocks" an.
