Im Kernel-Paket war sie mit Sicherheit nicht. In dem hdparm-Paket aus
Woody gibt es sie auch nicht (dort ist der bevorzugte Weg, zusätzlich
hwtools zu installieren, und dann /etc/init.d/hwtools zu bearbeiten).
Neuere Versionen des hdparm-Paketes haben aber ein eigenes Init-Skript,
und wenn Du einen Backport installiert hattest, und diesen nicht mit
--purge entfernt hast, dann ist diese Datei jetzt noch da.
