2.6.2-1-686 [general protection fault]
Hallo,
Ich hab mir gerade mal den 2.6.2-1-686 aus unstable installiert. Leider
bootet er überhaupt nicht. Aussteigen tut er direkt mit dieser

Ehrlich gesagt weiß ich nicht was los ist. Ein 2.4.22 und ein
2.4.24-1-686 booten auf dieser Maschine ohne Probleme. Im BIOS habe ich
nun auch schon wieder alles auf default zurückgesetzt, ohne
nennenswerten Erfolg. "noapic" und "acpi=off" habe ich ebenso probiert.
Ich hoffe es hat jemand einen Tip für mich!

PS: achja - die Hardware: P4 2.53Ghz auf ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe, 1GB
DUAL-Channel DDR-Ram, Matrox G550, IntelGigaBit Ethernet.
