Schon sehr warm.
Entweder setzt Du das x-Bit (chmod 755 j2re-1_4_2_02-linux-i586-rpm.bin)
oder Du führst es über die Shell aus:
sh j2re-1_4_2_02-linux-i586-rpm.bin
Das ist ein selbstentpackendes Archiv, raus kommt dann ein normales
RPM.
