probier --kernel-include-path='/pfad/zum/kernel' als parameter für 
NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-4496-pkg2.run zu geben.

sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-4496-pkg2.run  -A | less
gibt dir eine liste der optionen (unter anderem auch die --kernel-include-path 
option) + infos dazu.
