usb-scanner, sane, apt-get ...
Hallo,
ich habe nun schon einige Zeit aufgewandt um meinen USB Scanner von HP
zum Laufen zu bringen. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten habe ich nun
die Packete hpoj, sane, xsane usw. installiert und hoffentlich auch
richtig konfiguriert.
Als ich nun versucht habe xsane zu starten habe ich folgende
Fehlermeldung bekommen:

In der manpage steht, dass man sane mit PTAL support kompilieren
muss...
leider:

Meine Fragen:
Gibt es vielleicht einen sane Backport oder ein hat jemand ein
Packet mit PTAL Unterstützung?
oder wie kann ich das ./configure anpassen damit es klappt?
Mein System ist Woody mit Backports, die Sourcen für sane sind auch aus
Woody.
