ext3 hab ich inzwischen mit parted herausgefunden und partimage sagt 
folgendes:
hdg1                                 ext3fs       76.34 GB

ich weiss absolut nicht mehr weiter! kann des an dem Disk lable liegen?

wenn ja, wie kann ich das ändern?

Zur Not hätte ich die selbe Festplatte nochmals, dann könnte ich evtl. 
ein paar Sachen mir dd ... testen
