Bon, ça fait coincer mencoder. Essaye en encodant au préalable le fichier genre

mencoder tonfilm.mpg  -oac lavc  -ovc lavc -lavcopts  \ 
  acodec=ac3:vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=2000 -o tempo.avi

Puis tu encode normalement le tempo.avi en rajoutant Cine pour un format 16/9
ou Tele pour un format 4/3
