vbox kernel failled

je viens de faire un update et upgrade et j'ai ce message (avec aptitude)
"Compilation of the kernel modul FAILLED virtualbox will not start until
this problem is fixed. Please consult /var/log/vbox-install.log
Most probably the kernel sources were not found. Install them and execute.
/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup"
/var/log.. me dit ":Makefile:75: *** Error: unable to find the sources
of your current Linux kernel. Specify KERN_DIR=<directory> and run Make
again. Arrêt."
je pense qu'il faut dire quelque chose à KERN_DIR mais quoi ?
et où est ce Kern_DIr
