Dans ton ~/.vimrc tu mets un set backup dans une ligne toute seule (et
tu retire les éventuels set nobackup).
La ligne en question :

Suivant si tu es chez free/proxad (premier) ou chez france
telecom/wanadoo/oleane (voire renater).

66.32.27.212.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer debian.proxad.net.

Dans tous les cas, tu fais des pings, tracepath, traceroute sur les
miroirs pour savoir celui qui te conviendra le mieux.
Regarde aussi là, tu peux être intéressé par un miroir secondaire ou un
primaire hors de France bien plus "proche" de toi (même si
géographiquement plus loin).
