apt-get install module-assistant

m-a update
m-a prepare
m-a a-i nvidia-kernel

y'a un ptit bug a la fin , faudra installer a la main avec dpkg -i le 
paquet /usr/src/nvidia-kernel-2.6.10_1.0.6629+1-1_i386.deb

sinon tu peux lancer m-a tout seul et suivre l'interface graphique

Chez moi ca marche avec des sources 2.6.10 de kernel.org
