En fait, ceci vient de la page de manuel 5 de crontab relative au
fichier /etc/crontab.

If neither of the environment variables is defined, then the default
editor /usr/bin/editor is used.
Et ceci vient de la page de manuel 1 de crontab (la commande). C'est
celle-ci qui est pertinente ici. J'ai rajouté la fin du paragraphe car
elle indique la possibilité supplémentaire d'utiliser les alternatives.
