Bon, je crois (j'espere) que le probleme est résolu. Je récapitule ici
pour les archives de la liste, si d'autres ont un jour ce probleme ...

Hda1 -> Partition systeme
Hda2 -> Swap
Hda3 -> Storage
Etant donné que c'est hda2 qui était incriminé, un swapoff /dev/hda2
swapon /dev/hda2 (desactivation/activation de la swap) et c'est
apparement bon.
J'attends quelques heures voir si ca tient, et on verra.
