Hm. This seemed to have been produced by pdftex, not by dvipdf.
This is, what I get:

Title: graphics/pks.eps
Subject: gnuplot plot
Keywords:
Author: Daniel Leidert,,,
Creator: gnuplot 4.2 patchlevel 4
Producer: dvips + GPL Ghostscript 8.64

I was simply running latex and dvipdf.

The content in the .eps "overwrites" the hyperref settings.

However. This:

... makes me think, that it is a dvipdf issue.
