Without having read the numbers, I'd say "not all, for fear of creating
a lot of very small packages".

base-bin sounds like a good candidate, I'm unsure about texlive-base
(although the documentation is pretty non-basic...)

Hm, 22 seems like a lot of stuff (and there's a considerable amount of
boring docs in there), but maybe it's more appropriate to split the
whole package up, 133M is really huge.
