Bug#357543: tetex-bin: Bad permissions on font directory - prints document with blank fonts!

I tried to print, but got a mostly blank document. All I got
was table lines. Apparently, a font direcotry is off limits for me:

I am not in the group "users", the group exists on the system but is empty.
I can of course add people to the group, but I think adding _everyone_
to some group is useless. It is then better to chmod o+rw on that
directory, which is my suggested fix. Latex must be available for
every user.
