I think the most important problem is a duplication of
50dvipdfmx.cnf and 80DVIPDFMx.cnf and because they are
conffiles it needs to be very carefull to fix the problem.

It is great if someone could fix it, I believe.

If there is any other problem which one think to be fixed
please do NMU but, of course, carefully!
