Ah, I forgot a bug of dvipsk-ja (#350837) which I filed ;-)
Please change /etc/texmf/texmf.d/70dvipsj.cnf

BTW, I got a bug report for foiltex to support texlive and
you NMU'ed dvipdfmx which supported texlive. Do texlive people
systematically file a bug to possibly all related packages or
only file a bug to random packages?
Or should I file a bug to support texlive to dvipsk-ja and
xdvik-ja and so on?
