Bug#356853: tetex-extra: No license information for bbm fonts

The bbm fonts included in teTeX and TeX-Live (bbm.tpm) don't seem to
have any licensing information. They are catalogue'ed as "unknown" and
have no license statement in the files.
Does anybody know the author,
