The very weird thing here is that it says ec-lmr12 and you told us this
was with lmodern 0.92-7, but ec-lmr12 didn't exist in that version (no
wonder it cannot be found!).

This ec-lmr12 is probably declared somewhere in your updmap.cfg (whose
location will be known when you answer Ralf's questions), but I'd really
like to know where it comes from.
