So dh_installtexfonts is just there for legacy reasons, and we should
all switch to dh_installtex? Okelidokeli.

Remarks (using dh_installtex from SVN 2006-01-27):
1. dh_installtex mentions "dh_installtexfonts" a few times. I suppose
these need to be replaced all by "dh_installtex"?
2. dh_installtex doesn't support --flavor=config_for_all_maps.
3. dh_installtex uses "map=" in lowercase; dh_installtexfonts only
understands "Map=" with a capital. I think it's good to have
everything in lowercase, but I just mention this to know whether
you really intended this or not. :)
