Probably no. The depends are taken from the package when I adopted it,
and I didn't properly check everything in the depends. In fact I didn't
know about this priority at this time ;;-)

I will care for it in the next upload.

Maybe (but I don't know): texinfo and info are both build from the same
source, and I am not sure wether it is possible to have different
priorities fro packages build from the same source. And info is
definitely standard, so we cannot lower the texinfo priority.
