Those are definitely out of bounds. None of us (I assume) want's to
package qt4 or eclipse stuff. Sorry.

May be incorporated into TeX live next year (and intermediate packages).
So, it boils down that I (debian-texlive amint) will not care for any of
these, and I assume the situation is the same for tetex maintainers.
But some of the packages mak a good start for DD.
