Obviously it had its conffiles on the system, since the reported version
of tetex-extra is from oldstable (woody).  Although this case does not
by the letter fall under the "we don't support upgrades from n to >=n+2",
I think the case is really rare, and doesn't warrant a grave severity.

I'll add the woody md5sum of this file and its sisters to the
known-md5sums list.

The workaround would be to purge tetex-extra.
