tetex-bin and eplain

Hi Frank, hi all!

tetex-bin contains eplain.1.gz, but no eplain `binary' (= link).

This is bad, since texlive-formats-extra would be nice to be installed
together with tetex, but it cannot as texlive-formats-extra brings an
eplain binary link and eplain man page, which conflicts.

I suggest to remove the eplain.1 man page from tetex-bin (what for a man
page for a not existent program?). In texlive 2006 there will probably
also be no eplain binary/link.
