Bug#325529: tetex-base: lambda is missing

Looking at the mktexfmt script, this seems to imply that lambda.ini is
not where it should be.  Can you please send us the output of the
following commands:

grep lambda /etc/texmf/fmt.d/01tetex.cnf
grep lambda /var/lib/texmf/web2c/fmtutil.cnf
dpkg -S lambda.ini
kpsewhich --progname=lambda lambda.ini
ls /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/config/
