Okay. The one in base is a "compatibility symlink" - here, too, I don't
remember why we have it, but I remember that we decided to keep it in
2.0.2.

Since current tetex-bin will not work without VARTEXMF in TEXMF, anyway,
I guess we can simply remove it.
