Bug#277863: tetex-bin: update-updmap should run updmap command in the end

Hmmm... this will write "Don't forget to call updmap!" when packages
shipping fonts are upgraded, even though this is not necessary.

What you (especially the bug reporter) seem to want here is a
verbose-by-default mode of operation for update-updmap. I suggest
therefore to deprecate the -v option, make the default mode of operation
verbose, and add a --quiet option for use in maintainer scripts. Well,
that makes a small lifting to the script.

If this replaces the current update-updmap, the manpage has to be
updated like this:
  - don't mention -v anymore;
  - mention --quiet, --version and --help.

Also, we need Atsuhito's agreement for the GPL v2 license since he only wrote:
"License: GPL" in the original script (I don't really care about that;
if Atsuhito wants to stick to the GPL v[any], it's OK; but if he doesn't
mind, my preference goes for GPL v2 since we don't know what will happen
in future versions... this is my default mode of action :-).

Otherwise, the copyright attributions should be correct if tetex's
Debian changelog doesn't omit any change to the script.

PS: getopt is in util-linux, which is Essential; no problem here.
PPS: I don't attach a patch: it would be bigger than the file itself...

Attachment: update-updmap
