Bug#236967: Some bugs in the marvosym package

Hello Thomas,

a couple of months ago I asked you to look at a bug in the marvosym
package. Unfortunately, I have not received any answer from you since
then - I hope no mail was lost. 

Meanwhile, an other user has found that there are more similar
problems. It would really be fine if you could correct these.

I wrote:
