Futher the Catalog delivered with teTeX refers to a lot of packages
not contained in teTeX. Yes, one could argue, that the links to
packages in teTeX should be locally the other could go outside.
I guess, we'de have to generate an Debian specific Catalogue, which
would be a huge amount of work.
Tagging that bug wontfix for now.
