Thanks for the report and analysis. I just checked in a fix into CVS -
co-maintainers, should I upload it or is there anything else¹ that should
be done? I doesn't make sense to upgrade severity just before fixing it,
but I think this bug is at least Severity: important.
¹I'll also check in the translation that arrived yesterday
