Here we go.

Changelog:
- renamed separate packages: xfonts-tetex -> xfonts-tetex-extra,
  tetex-extra-fonts -> tetex-extra-type1
- changed package (short) descriptions
- cleaned the Conflicts-line of tetex-extra-type1, hope it installs
  now (please test that!)
- first draft of a copyright file added. That file is far from
  being complete and might be even wrong at some places.

TODO:
- copyright file
- don't register all fonts to X11 (<[🔎] 87n07p4wuw.fsf@florent.maison>)
- add defoma support (<[🔎] 87n07qzvy8.fsf@florent.maison>) (optional)
- document the Conflict with tetex-eurosym of tetex-extra-type1
- changelog vs. changelog.Debian (see
  <[🔎] 20040225224312.GC12211@preusse-16223.user.cis.dfn.de>)
- completing changelog files of new packages

I'll be offline from Sunday for 2 weeks. Atsuhito: don't delay an
upload of tetex-base cause of this and sorry, that patch applies to
the latest tetex-base not to the CVS. If anybody wants to continue
working on this: feel free to do so!
