Bug#233080: marked as forwarded (tetex-src: Cannot use import.sty)

Hm, no. A symlink is only a bad workaround. This should be fixed
upstream (this is why I forward this to Thomas Esser), simply by moving
the file to texmf/tex/latex/misc.
